PRINCIPLES
- CMC accepts headhunting projects only on the basis of exclusive consulting contracts.
- CMC accepts a consulting contract only if it can ensure the skill, experience, knowledge and time necessary to fulfill client expectations.
- CMC considers a project completed only
when the position in question has been filled. - CMC guarantees confidentiality even beyond the duration of the consulting contract.
- CMC's consulting fees are clearly defined prior to the beginning of each project.
- CMC's consulting fee is billed in 3 equal parts, dependent upon the progress of the project.
- CMC will conduct a new search without additional fee should a replacement become necessary within the first year.
- CMC guarantees the presentation of the best available candidates from the jointly agreed-upon target group.
